Do you sell predetermined wedding packages?

Wedding Packages

You asked, we listened....Many Brides of today are asking for wedding packages without the cost of service/set-up, personal details, and custom selection that Traditional Professional Weddings of the past were made of.  These wedding packages are designed for the bride that doesn't mind doing some of the work herself to save $. Our packages are affordable, simple designs that are created with a few  popular wedding flowers and greens in the most often selected colors. These packages provide you, Coleman Florist flowers but at grocery store prices.

Packages cannot be changed and altered, package flexibility is limited to colors and a few items are interchangeable.

There are additional ala-cart items available if you need items that are not listed in one of the packages.

If one of the our packages or a combination of a few of our packages will suit your needs, call to set up a consultation to select color choice or understand more about our packages.

If you think you may need more personal service,  and selection of flowers and colors, and details. please call us and schedule an appointment for a Custom Wedding consultation. (For custom weddings the first 2 meetings will be free of charge, additional meetings may be billed at $25.00 per hour). Off-site consultations will be billed at $50.00 per hour including travel time.

After the 1st consultation a $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of weddings we do per weekend.

Weddings booked are 1st come 1st served basis, deposit must be made and contract signed.

While it is best to plan your wedding flowers several months in advance we are able to accommodate most last minute orders. 

We always welcome walk-in's to browse books, if our consultation specialist is available we are happy to speak to you.  It is always to your advantage to call ahead so that we can provide you with our personal attention.

What is the delivery policy for orders placed on-line?

Delivery and Delivery Time Policies 

We will take every step possible to accomodate timed requests. Deliveries for Europe, Asia, South America, Central America, Africa and Australia will be delivered 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Typically, orders going to a business address will be delivered first, followed by residential deliveries. Funeral orders will be given highest priority. Orders being delivered to cemeteries are subject to an additional fee.  

We have delivery service on Sundays for funeral calling hours and services when prior arrangements have been made by Saturday.

 Customers who request next-day AM, or Funeral Service deliveries will be given priority service. AM deliveries are guaranteed delivery by 12 Noon.

Orders are guaranteed to be delivered within the promised time limit, beginning 9AM and ending at 5PM.

Same-day orders must allow for up to 60 minutes processing time in addition to the guaranteed delivery window. Advance orders placed during regular business hours, one day in advance have no processing delay, and the delivery window begins at 9AM of the delivery date.

If you have a specific time delivery request other than funeral homes, churches and schools or businesses by 4:00 you must call first to verify that we are able to accommodate your request. 

Orders placed after 12PM will fall into the next day's delivery time period unless there is openings in our schedule to complete the delivery the same day. During holiday periods and episodes of inclement weather the delivery time frame may be extended up to 2 hours if the courier service is experiencing unusually high volume.

If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left with a neighbor, and the recipient notified. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer may be billed for the second delivery. 

The chart below is the pricing chart for delivery and the options available for selection when placing your order.  You will be notified if you have selected the wrong delivery option.

Is satisfaction guaranteed?

Satisfaction Guarantee

All orders are guaranteed to be fresh and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will replace it . All we ask is your feedback so we can improve our service.

Fresh arrangements should last 7-14 days if properly cared for. Roses have a vase life upwards of 7 days, even after reaching full bloom. Planter baskets will last for several weeks, if watered regularly. Please note that some seasonal flowers (i.e. iris, tulips, daffodils) may only last 3-5 days. This is a characteristic of the flower, and we only guarantee these flowers for this amount of time.

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we guarantee it 100%!

Not all flowers and plants are available in all areas at all times. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or plants with similar products, while maintaining the look, theme and color scheme of the ordered item. Planters and fruit / gourmet baskets are by nature unique items, and each one will be different.
