Per company policy we do not allow anonymous cards. If the recipient calls we will disclose who sent the flowers. This is not negotiable.
All work deliveries are guaranteed by 4:00pm
School deliveries are guaranteed by 3:00pm
ALL ORDERS GOING TO APARTMENTS MUST HAVE AN APARTMENT NUMBER ON THE ORDER.
ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER FOR THE RECIPIENT LACK OF A VALID RECIPIENT NUMBER MAY CAUSE DELAY OF DELIVERY.
Funeral work takes priority and will be delivered in time for calling hours unless we contact you that the request cannot be met.
Orders going to places of business are guaranteed be by 4:00pm if it needs to be there earlier we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee.
School deliveries are guaranteed by 3:00pm
Most days arrangements are delivered in the afternoon.
Let our design team create a beautiful arrangement special for your occasion. If you have a preference for style ie, Tall, short, stylized. airy, soft colors, bold colors etc. Please let us know in the special instructions.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I requested an arrangement for calling hours. I opted for the florist to make the arrangement any way they would like. They did a wonderful job and the arrangement was beautiful!
