Per company policy we do not allow anonymous cards. If the recipient calls we will disclose who sent the flowers. This is not negotiable.
All work deliveries are guaranteed by 4:00pm
School deliveries are guaranteed by 3:00pm
ALL ORDERS GOING TO APARTMENTS MUST HAVE AN APARTMENT NUMBER ON THE ORDER.
ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER FOR THE RECIPIENT LACK OF A VALID RECIPIENT NUMBER MAY CAUSE DELAY OF DELIVERY.
Funeral work takes priority and will be delivered in time for calling hours unless we contact you that the request cannot be met.
Orders going to places of business are guaranteed be by 4:00pm if it needs to be there earlier we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee.
School deliveries are guaranteed by 3:00pm
Most days arrangements are delivered in the afternoon.
We will create a one of a kind arrangement just for you from the freshest flowers we can acquire.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

My friend seemed to like the flower arrangement however the person sending the flowers has no idea what the arrangement looks like. I think it would be a great idea for the florist to snap a picture and send to the buyer.

The flowers are STUNNING. I ordered my best friend an arrangement for her 27th birthday. I loved many of their designs but ended up choosing the "Designers Choice Arrangement Vibrant" because of all the wonderful reviews. When you order, there is a section to leave notes to the florist about the arrangement. I told them the 2 designs of theirs I liked the most, and that my friend loves roses. The flowers turned out more beautiful than I had envisioned. They were so perfect and my friend absolutely loved them! I would definitely recommend Coleman Florist for any Syracuse flower needs!

Coleman Florist did a wonderful job for me. I wanted to send flowers to my cousin in honor of her late daughter's birthday. I included this in my notes to inform the florist about the occasion. I asked that the arrangement be vibrant and colorful like this young woman was. Even though it was a more modest arrangement, my cousin was touched and the photos she sent of the flowers were lovely. I'm so glad I always seek out independent florists when I want to send flowers over the corporate 1-800-flower people.
